Bollywood actress Jacqueline Fernandez's troubles seem to be increasing in the Sukesh Chandrashekhar case. The actress was being questioned by the ED for a long time, after which now the Enforcement Directorate ie ED has made the actress an accused in the extortion case of 200 crores. ED has filed a supplementary charge sheet to Mangalao in Delhi court. This supplementary charge sheet will be done in the recovery of Rs 200 crore of the country's biggest thug Sukesh Chandrashekhar, who is currently lodged in Tihar Jail, in which Jacqueline has also been kept as an accused.
Recently, ED had also attached Jacqueline's FD of about 7 crores 12 lakhs in it. If the reports are to be believed, Jacqueline already knew that Sukesh is a criminal and a swindler. After this news came to the fore, the ED temporarily attached Jacqueline's FD of Rs 7.2 crore. The ED has questioned many Bollywood stars regarding this matter for a long time. According to the news, the thug Sukesh had transferred funds to the bank accounts of several relatives of Jacqueline. In such a situation, now the ED has also accused the actress of this entire matter. Not only this, but the ED had also issued a statement.
In which it was said that 'during the investigation, it has been found that Sukesh had given gifts worth Rs 5.71 crore to Jacqueline from the proceeds of criminal activities including extortion'. If reports are to be believed, Sukesh had given these gifts to Jacqueline through her associate and accused Pinky Irani in this case. Not only this, it is being told that Sukesh had given USD 1,72,913 and AUD 2,67,40 to Jacqueline's family members through international hawala operator Avtar Singh Kochhar. ED had asked Jacqueline about the expensive 'gift' given by Sukesh during interrogation. The ED had asked the actress, 'Apart from the transaction of money, what were the other gifts? What gifts did Sukesh give you? If yes, please give details?'.
Not only this, while answering all these questions, the actress had told that 'yes she gave me expensive gifts, including a horse, three designer bags of Gucci and Chanel, two Gucci dresses to wear to the gym, Louis Vuitton shoes. One pair, 2 pairs of diamond earrings and a bracelet of multicoloured stones'. The actress further told the ED that 'Sukesh also presented me Hermes bracelet. Once he gave me a mini copper but I returned it'. Let us tell you that Jacqueline Fernandez is a Sri Lankan citizen, who has been active in the industry for a long time and during this time she is under the scanner of ED in the Sukesh Chandrasekhar case. Also, the actress is not allowed to leave the country by the investigating agency.
