Khalistani terrorist Gurpatwant Singh Pannu has claimed responsibility for the attack.

Yes, it has come to light that Khalistani terrorists were behind the attack on the Sarhali police station in Tarn Taran last night. Now the National Security Agency (NIA) can investigate this attack. According to the information received, a team from the National Investigation Agency (NIA) can visit Sarhali Police Station. It may be known that the Tarn Taran Sarhali police station in Punjab was attacked last night with a rocket-propelled grenade (RPG). When the rocket launcher attack took place on the police station, eight people including the station chief were present in the police station. At present, the Punjab Police is probing the matter. Punjab DGP Gaurav Yadav said that the investigation has been started by registering a case under UAPA in the matter. Khalistani terrorist Gurpantwant Singh Pannu has claimed responsibility for the attack. At the same time, he has warned of more attacks in Punjab.

Taking responsibility for the attack on the police station in Tarn Taran, Khalistani terrorist Gurpantwant Singh Pannu said in his threat that we have delivered rocket launchers to every house in Punjab. In a warning to the Chief Minister and DGP of Punjab, he said that there would be more such attacks.

Even before this, Pannu carried out many Khalistani activities in India. Pannu had also taken the responsibility of writing Khalistani slogans at the Dharamshala assembly in Himachal. Pannu continues to increase Khalistani activities by staying abroad. The Punjab DGP said that the investigation into the matter is on.

However, it is a matter of pride that no one has been reported injured in this incident. The police station wall was damaged in this attack. The glass of the doors and windows was shattered. Sarhali Police Station is situated on the Amritsar-Bathinda Highway. At present, the police have not been able to identify the attackers. According to the information received, Khalistani terrorists carried out this attack at the behest of the Pakistani security agency ISI.

Apart from a team of forensic experts, DGP Punjab Gaurav Yadav himself reached the spot and spoke to senior police officers. The team has recovered a part of the rocket launcher from the police station. After the attack, the assailants are believed to have fled the spot immediately in a car. Speaking at a press event, Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann said that the law and order situation in Punjab is under control.

Punjab CM said in PC that we are trying to control gangsters. We are upgrading our police system. Significantly, this is the second attack by a rocket launcher in the state. On May 8, the headquarters of the Punjab Police Intelligence was similarly attacked.

It goes on to say that the place where this attack took place is the ancestral home of Khalistani terrorist Harvinder Singh Rinda. The news of Rinda's death had come to the fore in Pakistan in the past. But now through this attack, the Khalistani terrorists have again made their presence felt.
