Clerk of Defence Ministry caught in ISI Hasina's trap, leaked intelligence, arrested

A clerk has been arrested from Bihar's Muzaffarpur district on the charge of sending government confidential documents to India after falling into the honey trap of a female agent of Pakistan's intelligence agency ISI. The arrested clerk is a resident of Jamalpur in Munger. He was currently posted as a clerk at the Katra Registry Office in the Muzaffarpur district. According to the police, the arrested accused Ravi Chaurasia was posted at the Defense Ministry's Heavy Vehicles Manufacturing Plant, Avadi, Chennai. Where he leaked confidential information at the behest of a female agent of ISI. He had also taken money for this. A police officer said that on the information of the Central Investigation Agency, the local police arrested the clerk.

Muzaffarpur's Senior Superintendent of Police Jayant Kant said on Saturday that the clerk used to share confidential information with Pakistani ISI agents when he was working in a heavy vehicle factory. The memory card along with the mobile has been seized from the clerk. Along with this, much confidential information has been secured.

According to the police, the clerk had met the female ISI agent through social media. Trapped in Premjal, he had given the picture and confidential documents from his mobile to the ISI agent. In return, he sent money online to an SBI account.

Jayantkant said that the arrested clerk is being interrogated. The arrest has been informed to the security agency. The accused is a resident of the new village Jamalpur in Munger, Bihar. In police interrogation after his arrest, Ravi Chaurasia admitted that he had leaked information during his job in the Ministry of Defence.
