The Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) has achieved historic success. The mission of ISRO's heaviest rocket LVM3-M2/OneWeb India-1 (LVM3-M2/OneWeb India-1) was successfully completed. It flew 36 satellites of the British startup. It was launched on the intervening night of Saturday and Sunday at 12.07 from Satish Dhawan Space Center (SDSC) in Sriharikota, Andhra Pradesh. All 36 broadband communication satellites have been placed in designated low orbits (LEOs). This is a major success of the Indian Space Agency in the field of space research.

The heavy lift rocket GSLV Mk-3 has been renamed LVM3 M2. ISRO has placed 36 'OneWeb' broadband communication satellites in Low Orbit (LEO) for the UK. The 43.5 m long and weighing 644-ton LVM 3 M2 rocket was launched from the pad of India's Rocket Port in Sriharikota. Let us tell you that OneWeb is a private satellite communications company in which Bharti Enterprises of India is a major investor and shareholder.

ISRO Chairman S Somnath said after launching the rocket that we have already started Diwali celebrations. 16 of the 36 satellites have successfully separated safely, and the remaining 20 satellites will be separated in a short time. This is a historic mission. This has been possible due to the support of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

With the successful launch, LVM-3 has got special recognition in the global commercial launch services sector. According to ISRO, it will become the first Indian rocket to go to space with 36 satellites of OneWeb weighing 5,796 kg in the mission. This is the first commercial mission of LVM-3 and also NSIL's first mission with the launch vehicle. So this mission is very important.
