Air India is already under the scanner of aviation regulator DGCA over several incidents including the controversial 'pee' scandal. Meanwhile, today another case of negligence has come to light in an Air India flight. Tagging Air India on Twitter, Sarvpriya Sangwan said, "You don't need resources and money to ensure stone-free food Air India (@airindiain)." Along with this, he shared the photo saying, "This is what I received in my food served in the flight Al 215 today. Crew member, Ms. Jadon was informed. This kind of negligence is unacceptable. #airIndia." Although this tweet is from January 8, the matter has come to the fore today.

Air India replied to the complaint tweet by saying, "Dear Ma'am, this is concerning and we're taking this up immediately with our Catering team. Please allow us some time to get back. We appreciate you bringing this to our notice."

Several in-flight problems have come to the fore in the recent past, including the 'pee' incident on an Air India flight. For this, the chairman of Tata Sons has also expressed regret in accepting the mistake. The DGCA is also probing the matter. On the other hand, a surprising case has also come to light from the flight of Go First, in which the flight took off without taking 55 passengers. In this case, also DGCA has issued notice. Along with this, the news of a bomb in a chartered plane going from Moscow to Goa was stirred up on the previous day itself, but nothing has been found in the investigation of the plane.
