Recently, in an interview given to a YouTube channel, he said that he was not invited to the premiere of one of his own Punjabi films. She cried a lot because of this. Katrina Shahnaz Gill of Punjab told that when she started her work, she had to face a lot of humiliation from the Punjab film industry.

Shahnaz said, 'I was in the second lead in the film and they didn't invite me for the premiere. He called everyone, even the production house. It was a Punjabi film. I saw the film and while I was leaving I saw videos and pictures from the premiere. I cried a lot that day.

He further told that 'He called me and then he cancelled. I didn't know, I was very upset at that time. The Punjabi industry had completely alienated me.

Recalling her old days, Shahnaz said, 'Punjabi film industry had completely cut her off. But as it is said that the one who has no one has a God, so he is my God.
