Now the Finance Minister of the country Nirmala Sitharaman has given a statement in this regard. Talking about this in the Lok Sabha session, the Finance Minister has assured everyone that they will soon get relief from inflation.

Addressing the issue related to this and inflation, when the discussion on the Bill regarding Demand for Grants started during the Lok Sabha session, the Finance Minister assured that the Central Government under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi will soon provide relief to the people of the country from inflation. Will give relief The Finance Minister also said that due to the efforts and continuous hard work of the government, the retail inflation rate came down to 5.88% in the last month i.e. November. Due to this, the wholesale inflation rate was also recorded as the lowest in the last 21 months.

Giving information, the Finance Minister said that the government is monitoring the prices of essential commodities used in daily life. He also told that the government's efforts to reduce inflation are on and many steps have been taken in this direction under government policies and will be taken further.

The Finance Minister also informed that the government has also reduced the excise duty on petrol by Rs 8 and diesel by Rs 6 per litre to provide relief to the people.

Talking about the rupee, the Finance Minister said that it is stronger than all the other currencies of the world. He also pointed out that the rupiah has done the best in comparison to other developing countries in the world.
