A clash broke out between two groups inside the Jawaharlal Nehru University campus located in the Vasant Kunj area of ​​Delhi on Thursday evening, in which two students got minor injuries. According to media reports, Delhi Police is controlling the situation on campus and outside the campus. Police said that no complaint had been registered so far in this matter. With this, no one has been taken into custody and no arrest has been made so far.

A Delhi Police official said that the fight took place between two youths over a personal issue. At the same time, a video of this fight is also going viral on social media, in which some people are seen wielding sticks. However, there is no confirmation of the veracity of the video yet.

Southwest DCP Manoj C said "A PCR call was made about students fighting amongst themselves near Narmada Hostel at around 5 pm today. We found that the fight was over a private matter, in which 2 students got injured. No complaints have been received so far."

According to media reports, the SHO of the area, ACP and university staff are present on campus. Right now some gates have been sealed and no one is allowed inside.
