India will celebrate its 74th Republic Day this year. So now to watch the Republic Day Parade on 26th January, you will not have to worry about getting tickets. You will be able to easily get a ticket for the Republic Day Parade. Republic Day Parade will be easily available on your mobile or computer. Actually, now you will be able to book the Republic Day parade ticket online, for this you do not need to go to the ticket counter made at Red Fort or any other place. This new facility for the countrymen has been started on the initiative of the Ministry of Defence. Self-dependent, tickets can be booked to watch the Republic Day parade by visiting the website of the Ministry of Defense of India. This portal has gone live from January 6, 2023.

Minister of State for Defense Ajay Bhatt launched this e-governance initiative of the government in the capital Delhi on Friday. The portal provides the facility for the general public to buy tickets online to participate in the Republic Day celebrations. The platform is also providing the facility of issuing online passes to dignitaries and their guests apart from providing online ticketing to the general public.

The Republic Day Parade is organized every year on 26 January in New Delhi. A grand parade is organized by the security forces including water, land and air force on the dusty path. Live telecast of this parade is also done on TV channels. Despite this, a large number of people attend this parade. Tickets are required to view the parade. These tickets were earlier sold at special counters, whereas now these tickets will be available online.

According to the Union Defense Ministry, it has now been made easier to book tickets for the Republic Day celebrations. Republic Day invitation and ticket will be available online this time. Just have to click on the portal of the Ministry of Defence. Just by filling in your details on the upcoming link, you will get the online ticket sitting at home.

In the last two years, many covid-19 restrictions were in force due to the coronavirus infection. Corona restrictions were strictly followed in the function as well. The numbers were limited. However, this year the situation is expected to be better than before.
