The Chief Minister of Karnataka Basavaraj Bommai slams Sonia Gandhi's participation in the ongoing ' Bharat jodo Yatra '."She has walked for half a km and gone" he said while adding that the Yatra passing through the Paul brown Karnataka will have no impact in the state.

The Chief Minister of Karnataka Basavaraj Bommai slams Sonia Gandhi's participation in the ongoing ' Bharat jodo Yatra '."She has walked for half a km and gone" he said while adding that the Yatra passing through the Paul brown Karnataka will have no impact in the state.
To counter the Congress rally the minister rejects claims that the BJP was planning rallies and state wide tours of the leaders adding that they were planned much in advance.
After a long gap the Congress President Sonia Gandhi on Thursday joined the Bharat Jodo Yatra in a public event of the party.With slogan shouting by party workers and cheers Sonia Gandhi walked beside her Son Rahul Gandhi and other leaders for a few kilometres in Mandya district.

Yatra started from Kanyakumari on September 8 and has to cover as many as 12 states in 5 months.
